Gold Bug Park is located 1 mile north of Highway 50 on Bedford Avenue in Placerville, CA, at 2635 Gold Bug Lane. Get directions to the Gold Bug Park.

Park Entrance, Parking, Hiking and Picnic Areas
There is NO CHARGE for entrance into the park or for day use of picnic areas and trails. Parking is FREE.
Park Services Hours:
April thru October 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Daily November thru March 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM Weekends Only (These hours apply to Gold Bug Mine, the Hendy Stamp Mill, Hattie's Museum, and the Gift Shop. Be sure to arrive before 3:30 PM for your mine tour..........we close at 4 PM.)

Gold Bug Mine
Admission to Gold Bug Mine includes a self-guided audio tour, a hardhat, and admission to the Hendy Stamp Mill.
Adults $5.00 Youth (10 - 17 yrs.) $3.00 Kids (3 - 9 yrs.) $2.00 2 years and under Free All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Hendy Stamp Mill
Admission to the Hendy Stamp Mill is included with your paid admission to Gold Bug Mine.

Gem Panning
Arrangements for Gem Panning can be made at Hattie's Gift Shop.
$2.00 per hour (Fee includes pan rental.)
